SPICY MEAT BALLS

yummy meat balls perfect with spaghetti.

Our generation was raised by real African mothers who didn't entertain picky eaters. We were told scary stories or lied to to get us eating anything. We  had one roll . To eat! This generation is way too different, picky eaters are everywhere and this keeps mamas on their toes. The little picky eaters will smash this and ask for more if served with spaghetti. 

INGREDIENTS:-
  • 250 g Beef mince
  • 3 cups Bread crumbs 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 piece grated garlic 
  •  1 Grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper 
  •  Parsley 
 
METHOD :-
  • Mix all together to form something like a dough.
  • Roll the mince into balls
  • Fry till golden brown make sure they don’t break as you fry.

SAUCE INGREDIENTS 

  • Tomatoes
  • Onions 
  • Tomato paste
  •  Ketchup 
  •  Royco
  • Salt
METHOD:- 
  • Fry then to make a thick paste . . 
  • Add your meat balls.
  • Simmer for 3 minutes and serve.
