juicy burger Do you  know those ideas that just popup in our minds but we keep pushing them away? This burger was one of them. I kept procrastinating till i decide to get it out of the way. Two bites in and i wondered what took me so long.  heavenly bite INGREDIENTS:- Burger buns Avocado slices Fresh tomato slices Bacon Eggs Cheese Butter Salt Diced onions Diced tomatoes Vegetable oil METHOD:- Use a tea spoon of  vegetable oil to fry your bacon.  When its ready, palace a serviette on a plate  and put your bacon on to drain. Making the poached egg. Get a pan an smear it with oil 1 tsp. ( make sure its all well coated. Beat your egg directly on the coated pan. Try to make sure the your stays whole. Pour your diced onions and tomatoes ( the onions should not have any liquid. better you use the peeled tomato flesh)  Put them directly on to the egg and sprinkle some salt. BBQ CHICKEN

finger licking good. Imagine a beautiful Saturday evening at your home with friends filled with lots of laughter and food. This BBQ chicken fits in well. It will leave everyone asking more. It's spicy , garnished with honey and BBQ sauce. This is one of our favorites at home. I remember making it for my husband on Valentines day . I served it with Massaba Irish ( his favorite) . I wonder what you will serve it with!! INGREDIENTS Family chicken pack Rosemary ( i used fresh) Dried Thyme Aromat Soy sauce ( light) Royco Honey Heinz tomato sauce Ginger powder Garlic Onions BBQ sauce Vegetable oil Cling film METHOD Put  your chicken a clean dish. In other container, mix all your dry spices. ( rosemary, dried thyme, aromat, royco and Ginger powder Add your dry ingredients to the chicken and mix to make sure all pieces are well coated.  Cover with cling film and marinate over night or for 2 hrs. the smell of anything baking is always heavenly. Breakfast is the first meal of the day waking up with an idea of what to serve puts my mind at peace. Bread is a great idea since it has me sorted for a day or two. These fresh buns might be something in your household. INGREDIENTS 600 g flour 1 tbs yeast 55 g sugar 125 ml warm water 1/2 tsp salt or just a pinch 250 ml milk 2 eggs 50 g melted butter METHOD Add some of your sugar to the yeast with a little lukewarm water &mix till well dissolved. leave to rest for 5 minutes. it will prove. In your flour, add sugar,salt,milk,eggs, melted butter & the yeast.  Knead till soft (the dough should be able to pull to one side) leave  to rest (rise) for 1hr & 30 mints  Remove from the pan & knead it again add some flour to avoid it from sticking.  Cut the dough to desired size.  Roll into small balls & put on a greased pan.  Egg wash & leave to rest (rise) for 45 mins .
