BBQ CHICKEN

Imagine a beautiful Saturday evening at your home with friends filled with lots of laughter and food. This BBQ chicken fits in well. It will leave everyone asking more. It's spicy , garnished with honey and BBQ sauce. This is one of our favorites at home. I remember making it for my husband on Valentines day . I served it with Massaba Irish ( his favorite) . I wonder what you will serve it with!!
INGREDIENTS
- Family chicken pack
- Rosemary ( i used fresh)
- Dried Thyme
- Aromat
- Soy sauce ( light)
- Royco
- Honey
- Heinz tomato sauce
- Ginger powder
- Garlic
- Onions
- BBQ sauce
- Vegetable oil
- Cling film
METHOD
- Put your chicken a clean dish.
- In other container, mix all your dry spices. ( rosemary, dried thyme, aromat, royco and Ginger powder
- Add your dry ingredients to the chicken and mix to make sure all pieces are well coated.
- Cover with cling film and marinate over night or for 2 hrs.
- Heat up some oil and deep fry your chicken till golden brown.
- Drain out the oil. ( leave just 2 tbs)
- Put all the chicken back in the pan and add grated garlic and onions.
- Fry till the onions are translucent.
- Add soy-sauce, BBQ sauce and honey.
- Mix it and leave to simmer for 5 mints.
- Serve while warm.
